ACHIEVEMENTS

MULTI-SITE OPERATIONS - Directed a large cross-functional staff across 30 sites with multiple projects headed by District Managers (3), Foremen (14) and installers/technicians. Increased project load to 230 projects of $7.5MM, annually to 400 projects of $12MM in 36 months, improved corporate project award diversity through improved performance.

CROSS FUNCTIONAL TEAMING - Developed the teaming of field engineering / site survey and installation team escorts on large scale project surveys. Results: Reduced material shortage / overage by an estimated $400K annually, reduced project delays by 15%.

FIELD INSTALLATION MANAGEMENT - Successfully completed the design, installation, configuration and implementation of Verizon’s internal Central Office WLAN system throughout the Metro-NY region in 23 sites, developing the standard for national implementation.
