Selected &/or created test procedures for evaluating next generation slicer design, focusing on hardware & software product development, fulfilling customer expectations, engineering specifications, and marketing requirements.
• Designed and implemented 20 testing programs that verified the quality assurance created by engineering designs.
• Analyzed corporate service’s slicer warranty and initial 20 day service reports for infant failure to determine quality issues and communicate findings for continuous improvement.

Quality Bulk Material Engineer loaned to Daimler Chrysler’s Paint Department to evaluated & performed supplier troubleshooting/product launches/cost reductions for multiple manufacturing facilities. Conducted tests to proactively verify that materials worked properly from launch through manufacturing. Interfaced with the suppliers on product development and corrective actions. Stationed remotely at Chryslers’ St. Louis plants reporting back to Chrysler’s Technology Center in Detroit, Michigan.
• Upgraded the paint department’s new product line quality as a Six Sigma - Process FMEA team member which resulted in a new e-coat supplied product, robotic paint sealants and a new powder undercoating process. This effort enhanced the customer’s quality perception while reducing costs during a financial time.
• Evaluated finished products’ quality defects on a daily basis for multiple product/process improvements and reported these findings to the Technology Center for further action which improved customer perception.
• Launched and implemented bulk material product upgrades resulting in consistent quality and reduced cost by $250k.
