Responsibilities:

• Monitor various ticketing Queues for timely resolution

• Securing tables with critical authorization objects.

• Maintaining audit analysis reports for monitoring security related changes to SAP system.

• Monitoring the status of work process, application servers.

Responsibilities:

• User Account Management ( creation/change/deletion of accounts)

• User Role Management (creation/change/deletion of role)

• Worked with security related tables such as AGR_TCODES, AGR_USERS, and AGR_DEFINE etc.
