A little about my self. My last two years high school I took culinary arts at west county technicsl school. For the last 28 years I have learned about all cooking styles. I have learned how to use all types of cooking equipment. I have a passion for cooking. I am a very clean as you go cook and like a organized kitchen for efficiancy.
