Responsible for planning, budgeting, monthly tracking & forecasting both the labor and non-labor resources for the group; it was a cross functional role with 9 budget centers & the total budget of $56.5 M.
· Established monthly audit process.
· Prepared and presented monthly finance report to the senior management.

Offshore Program Manager – Operations Excellence Team (2007-2009)
Responsible and Accountable for all the offshore software development activities and strategies of XOG (Xerox Office Group – Software & Electronics); a total budget of $10.5 M.
· Established quarterly Operations review process for each of the four offshore partners in order to bring productivity, effectiveness and transparency.
· Created a six-sigma based model to develop offshore strategy for the Software and Electronics Delivery Unit of XOG.
· Initiated and implemented a cost optimization strategy by partnering with a local apartment management company for providing accommodations to the engineers coming on long term assignments. This initiative resulted in an annual savings of ~$100K.
· Successfully established a new B2B IT link between Xerox, Rochester and Celstream, India by working with several business partners.

Responsible for designing, developing and delivering a set of client applications for all Xerox products meeting their individual launch schedules.
· Saved annually $150K in software production costs by designing and executing a strategy plan for the windows common components for all the Xerox devices.

Responsible for modeling satellite structures in CAD and analyzing the structural integrity for various load conditions. Was also responsible for a research project on the CFRP material usage in Satellite structures.

Responsible for designing the conveyor belt system for a Coal Handling Plant, vendor selection, and provide engineering recommendations to the client.
· Saved four person months of work by developing an automated Excel based software solution for designing the conveyor belt subsystem following CEMA standard in a coal fired Power Plant setup for BHPE Kinhill, Australia.
