Description The client wants to improve affiliations between health care professionals and accounts, and also the relationships between accounts. This will help them to support account based selling model. The improved affiliations data will provide valuable insight to various internal teams (Targeting and Performance, Touchstone reporting, etc.) such as relationships between HCP and HCA, and multi-level hierarchy between accounts. This will facilitate more accurate targeting and reporting.

The client has selected a new external vendor to provide the affiliations data and will receive a periodic feed of affiliation data. This vendor provides a knowledge base of healthcare professionals, their locations, addresses and profiles to help them gain a better understanding of professional-to-organization and organization-to-organization relationships.

It wants to integrate the new affiliations provided by the vendor with the cornerstone customer master.
