COBHAM MISSION SYSTEMS 2009 to 2011
Engineering Prototype Technician
Complete prototype machining of engineering concepts for use in the Military and Aerospace Industry. I
use Mastercam programming software to program Haas CNC Mills and Lathes. I worked to very close
tolerances and performed all inspection of own work.
SENSIBLE TECHNOLOGIES, INC. 2007 to 2009
CNC Programmer/Machine Shop Supervisor
Complete programming and setup of Haas CNC mills using MasterCam programming software.
Oversaw all operations of machine shop. Responsibilities included job quoting, scheduling, procurement
of raw materials, tooling inventory, and daily shop output. Also responsible for complete inspection of
day to day output as well as supervision of all machine shop personnel.
EAGLE PRECISION MANUFACTURING 2005 to 2007
Machinist
Responsible for set up, programming and operation of Haas CNC mills, Cincinnati CNC lathe, and
various manual lathes and mills. I helped in job quoting, ordering materials and necessary tooling, and
maintaining production schedules. I used Featurecam 2.5D programming software for all CNC
programming. I also assisted in upgrading documentation and production processes.
LOCKHEED MARTIN AEROSTRUCTURES 2001 to 2005
CNC Machinist
Responsible for the set up, programming and operation of Seiki and Matsurra CNC mills, Shoda CNC
routers, and Bengal CNC waterjets. I assisted in training all new machinists. Responsible for quality of
all work leaving the CNC Mill Cell. Trained and certified as first article inspector. Familiar with
implementing and maintaining Six Sigma. Proficient in material handling and distribution. Trained as an
Aircraft Assembler. Received forklift license (OSHA trained). Assisted EHS Director in implementing
safety procedures and protocol. Active member of the Safety Committee.

CNC Machinist
Set up and operated Okuma LB15 and LR15 CNC lathes. I also worked on Okuma CNC mills. Worked to
very close tolerances in the machining of Caterpillar drive line components. Responsible for own
inspection as SPC was utilized in every day operations.

Machine Shop Manager
Supervised daily operation of the machine shop, including training of employees. Completed machining
of most components using manual LaBlond and Harding lathes and Bridgeport mills. Scheduled work to
coordinate builds on the floor. Maintained inventory of all tooling and raw materials.
AMERICAN PRECISION INDUSTRIES 1984 to 1993
Grinder/Machinist
Trained and supervised all grinding and machining personnel. Responsible for inner and outer diameter
grinding operations using Landis, Norton and Shigeya cylindrical grinders. Performed all set up
operations and worked to extremely close tolerances in the manufacturing of precision stepper motors.
Responsible for tooling inventory as well as inspection of finished parts prior to assembly.

Responsible for set up and operation of Charmill EDM, Norton surface grinders, and Moore Jig grinder,
as well as various manual mills and lathes. Performed grinding operations on Toyada, Landis and Bryant
chuckers and Cincinnati centerless machines. Completed inspection of all work.
