Presently working with Coastal Marine Construction & Engineering Ltd. as a HSE Officer from September 2010 to till date.

Project: - 700 MW COMBINED CYCLE POWER PLANT NEAR PIPAVAV.

SEAWATER INTAKE & EFFLUENT DISPOSAL SYSTEMS.

Marine Infra Project(Offshore & Onshore:- Pipeline Installation, Dregging, Diving Operation, Micro tunneling, Valve Pit, HDPE Welding)

Location:- GUJRAT (Kovaya)

Responsibilities:-

- Preparation & implementation of the project HSE plan.

- Ensure effective control of injuries at the plant.

- Facilitate the conduct Risk Assessment, HAZOP, JSA studies

- Advise General Works Manager on all Safety matters

- Liaison with Inspectorate of Factories and Certifying Surgeon

- Facilitate safety promotion, safety culture & safety committees

- Consult and advise other departments on safety matters

- HSE induction & tool box meeting of personnel on site.

- Carry out continuous site inspections and ensure that only safe working methods are being carried out

and health and environmental rules are being observed.

- Inspect all safety tools, appliances, equipment and first aid facilities are adequate and properly

maintained.

- Emergency plans shall be tasted periodically to ensure their effectiveness.

- Accident reporting, investigation & analysis.

- Distribution of HSE award to personnel.

- Educate the project personnel to ensure them that injury prevention and damage controls are an

integral part of the works for their well-being and project efficiency

- Barge IRS survey

- ERP system shall be followed at site

- Monitoring and control of Fire fighting systems

- Meeting the legal requirements in Safety and follow-up of actions.

- Implementing and maintaining the Environment & Safety management system as per ISO Standard

rule.

- To investigate the cases of occupational diseases and report dangerous occurrence.
