Job summary

The Restaurant Supervisor assists the outlet’s Manager to plan , organize , control and supervise activities in Food & Beverage outlet and / or in outside catering functions , so as to provide efficient , prompt and hospitable service to guests and achieve the set financial targets.

Duties & Responsibilities

Ensure the smooth operation of the assigned restaurant section , delivering a consistent quality product and service according to set the standards and procedures.
