All administrative, accounting, information systems and HR functions for the Aerospace Division were relocated from the corporate headquarters to the Oceanside facility.
• Successfully established an accounting department in the Oceanside facility
• Hired and trained a staff of eight in four months to produce all financial statements including handling all functions of both A/R and A/P
• Initiated Cash Flow and Working Capital Forecasting modules
• Produced a budget procedure as well as the first divisional budget
