Objective:

Currently working towards a degree in Nutritional Sciences which combined with my Research and Development experience and Culinary Institute of America education will yield itself to a position full of growth and longevity in the food production industry.

Executive Chef, the skyline cafe- Jacksonville,FL 2009-2010

Created daily and weekly menus as well as all catering proposals

Over saw front and back of the house and all employees involved with either aspect
