• Uncle Bob’s Storage (17 locations in VA, AZ, MA, and OH) –Estimated/Managed interior office remodels totaling $850,000 while in operation.

• Travel Center of America (9 locations in MS, MN, WI, PA, MD, and OH) – Managed interior restroom remodels totaling $2.7M while in operation.

COMMERCIAL CONVERSION PROJECTS

• CVS Pharmacy (129 locations in SC, CA, KS, MO, SD, and AZ) – 12,000 sf retail conversions transforming Albertson’s/Osco, Kerr Drug, and Long’s drugs into CVS Pharmacies totaling $14.2M while in operation.

• Pilot Travel Center (4 locations in NE and CO) – 20,000 sf retail conversion transforming Flying J Travel Centers into Pilot Travel Centers totaling $1.3M while in operation.

RESTAURANT CONSTRUCTION PROJECTS

• Olive Garden (Flint, MI) – Managed a $150,000 interior remodel while in operation.

• Arby’s (Madison, OH) - Managed a $200,000 interior and exterior facelift remodels while in operation.

• McDonalds (Memphis, TN) - Managed the remodel of a $100,000 McCafe while in operation.

• Taco Bell (South Euclid and Twinsburg, OH) – Managed two $150,000 interior and exterior facelift remodel while in operation.

• Bob Evans (7 in Dayton, OH area and 4 in Toledo, Oh area) - Managed interior fast paced remodel renovations that totaled $600,000.

RESIDENTIAL CONSTRUCTION PROJECTS
