• Done RF Drive in DEDICATED/IDLE mode along with SHORT & LONG CALLS, COMPARATIVE DRIVE,SCFT Drive, Data Drive & CEB Test.

• Site Audit and performing study for antenna position and tilt to meet with desired coverage with minimum predicted interference and re-engineering.

• Analysis of Network performance statistics (KPI’s) e.g. Handover Statistics, Drop , Drop Statistics, their reasons and take necessary action.

• Providing technical support to RF team and resolving customer complains within given time frame.
