Verizon Wireless Senior Customer Service Representative 2010-Present
A a Senior Customer Service Representative at Verizon Wireless is responsible for meeting daily targets and goals including: Customer loyalty and retention, strategic sales such as mobile broadband and 4G LTE solutions, promotional incentives, and upgrades. I continuously create strategic action plans that were utilized to obtain positive results and to develop my skills. The 2011 sales target was 60 upgrades and 24 new activations. During 2011 I completed over 275 upgrades and added over 40 lines of new service. Sales goals were exceeded every month by product knowledge learned by research and experience. To reach goals and drive key areas of new business opportunities in key accounts detailed account analyses were preformed. As a SCSR I have built stronger teamwork skills learned by my mentors. I had the honor of being the upgrade champion for my team during 2011.

United States Navy Supply Manager (SH) 2006-2010
When serving my country as a member of the supply team for the United States Navy I developed passionate customer service skills. My major responsibility was to provide sailors with key necessities while on international waters and at Pearl Harbor Naval Base. The logistic duties that were performed consisted of inventory management and regular audits for Pearl Harbor Base and part of the Nimitz Strike Group. My completion of volunteer work in Hawaii and Korea while attached to the USS Chaffee and Pearl Harbor was a wonderful experience and a complete honor.
Kay Jewelers Sales Associate 2006-2011 (Seasonal)
While working for Kay Jewelers I consistently met monthly sales quotas by demonstrating complete confidence and product knowledge. Monthly audits were completed with positive results. I maintained 100% of sales quota. Achievement of sales goals were accomplished by remaining consistent and positive. I learned extensive negotiation skills through on the job training and sales meetings. The position was commission driven which motivated me to reach quotas.

At Madison Lumber Company I would complete 25-30 cold calls three days a week. Approximately 25% of the calls would lead to large sales. New leads were generated by networking with retailers in North Alabama and Tennessee. Sales goals were reached by being assertive and persistent.
American Eagle Outfitters Assistant Manager 2003-2005
As assistant manager I was responsible for assisting the store manager with her job functions. We completed seasonal floor sets and restocked the sales floor daily. The store was a $3 Million volume retail store with over 20 employees. I assisted the manager in the hiring and training process.
