-URS, WANCDF Anniston- Planner, Apr. 2011 to present. Work Week Analyst working at the Anniston Chemical Disposal Facility in Anniston AL. This position is responsible for organizing, directing and supervising all equipment maintenance and equipment administrative functions required on field projects, both foreign and domestic. Responsibilities include work procedures, scheduling, cost control, equipment specification conformity, establishment of manpower levels and the maintenance of accurate records. Coordinate the movement and use of equipment with Corporate Equipment Operations and implements company policies and procedures, establishing repair and overhaul practices.
-URS, WANCDF Anniston- Planner, Oct. 2008 – Apr. 2011. Support the work center manager in directing and coordinating all maintenance activities for ANCDF systems and subsystems in accordance with approved guidelines and test requirements. Helps conduct the plant maintenance activities in a safe, environmentally sound, cost-effective, and disciplined manner that protects the health and safety of the workers, the public, and the environment. Supports the Maintenance Branch by performing analysis of maintenance requests, schedules, and coordinates all required Preventive and Corrective tasks for Maintenance. Experienced in activities involving production and engineering processes. Routinely Interfaces with purchasing, materials, production processes and engineering departments.
-Westinghouse Anniston- Mechanical & Robotics Maintenance Technician May 2007- Oct 2008. Perform duties as a shift planner. Maintain all equipments in and around plant. Repair or replace equipment directly related to chemical decontamination. Received numerous safety awards and certifications. Qualified in the Personnel Reliability Program.
-Lanzo Lining Services- Crew chief for pipe cleaning and inspection crew from Jun 2006 – May 2007. Assigned daily task, Handled work progress, performed quality control, generated daily progress reports, trained new staff members, review drawings, and planned logistics for travel of personnel and equipment. Maintained a perfect crew safety record. This position involved extensive travel and logistics.
-United States Navy- Lead Instructor June 2002-June 2006
Developed and implemented lesson plans for power-plant boiler water and waste water, Quality assurance, Fuel and lube oil test and analysis. Instructed over 3,000 students. Supervised five subordinate instructors while maintaining a flawless safety record. Served as administrative liaison between all activities and schoolhouse. Formulated reports and written procedures for equipment instillations, operations, and trend analysis. Redesigned classroom layout and equipment placement allowing the class size to increase more than ten percent. Operated, supervised, & maintained seven gas turbines, pumps, valves, air compressors & hydraulics systems. Supervised and trained a revolving team of subordinates while maintaining exceptional material condition and safety standards resulting in zero injuries. As supervisor I analyzed, planned, scheduled, all aspects of power-plant maintenance interfacing between Chief Engineer, Main Propulsion Assistant, and Contractors.
