After receiving that information we will start the process like entering all Patient details, DMS, Verification, Pre-certification, Billing and EOBs in the application.

PHCS (Private Health Care System): To check manually, Provider Name and Federal Tax ID’s for the non-repriced claims and try to repriced that claims, otherwise we assigned a various types of Transmittal & Disposition Codes to that claims.
Verification: It includes verify all the data, which is in the HCFA & UB92 Forms and process the claims with error free.
KFI (Key Form Image): Entered all the details of HCFA & UB92, while seeing Key Form Image on the screen into fields.
QC (Quality Check): Checking the Patient details, Provider names, Facility Name details, and Billing Name details.
