Projects:

Project Title: Adjustable frequency speed control of PM AC servomotor (in a special case of CNC notch milling machine)

Project Synopsis: There are many controllers which are industrially available to achieve the speed variations through frequency changes. Some controllers are open ended and can be integrated with existing system to achieve this. One such control is developed by SIEMENS named by 611D implying that it is a digital computer. The 611D is integrated with 840D CNC SYSTEM applied for control of milling head of CNC notch milling m/c. the PMSM integrated and commissioned as one of the axis of m/c.

In digital controllers everything is parameterized ie all data will be fed as data in the parameter of controller. The rest of the control will take place through automatic control with micro-processor based controllers.

Paper Presented

• Presented a paper on “COULD BLOOD BE USED TO POWER BATTERIES?” for IEEE Hyderabad, held by DIET Institute of Eng. and Tech in the year 2009
