Titan Interiors – Las Vegas, NV July – December 2009
Worked on the top three floors of CityCenter, a 16.8M sq. ft. complex on 76 acres located on the Las Vegas Strip and the largest privately-funded construction project in the history of the United States.
Project Consultant/Troubleshooter
Proactively recruited to work on interior finishes of a distressed project on the Las Vegas strip with emphasis on completing the top three floors reserved for high rollers at the casino inside of City Center Towers. Assessed current situation and created a plan to get the project in compliance with specifications under a very strict deadline.
• Monitored progress of projects and performed regular inspections to ensure that project plan including budget, schedule and quality were being maintained. Ensured conformance with project design and client expectations.
• Worked 18 hours a day, 7 days a week and met a non-negotiable deadline of the grand opening December 16th.
