Perform random audits on in process material, setup, program and operate Faro Gage CMM. Perform Visual and dimensional inspection on finished products. Utilize calipers, micrometers, height gages, depth gage, angle gages, and Rockwell machines. Perform 1st pc inspection, communicate Faro report results as well as all inspection results to CNC operators, CNC manager and plant manager. Create, update and maintain quality inspection sheets. Utilize various dimensional measurement devices including, but not limited to, calipers, micrometers, height gages, and optical comparators to determine stamped metal part conformance to blueprint specifications. Perform first and last piece inspection, inspect all material for cracks, splits, voids, shear-rings, burrs or any deformities. Check material for correct run or week date, current engineer level as well as the part number.
