Exceeded the quota, 100%+, efficiency, accuracy and speed required. Scanned files on Kodak imaging machine. Reported errors, down time and other problems with imaging and/or preparation of the files. May 2000-November 2000-West Nebraska Juvenile Services, Gering, Ne-Youth Specialist
Duties: Responsible for direct supervision of juvenile offenders, performed security checks, pat downs, inspections, intake of juvenile offenders, transported to and from court, doctor and other appointments. Contributed in organizing meal time, pick up of meals at county jail, recreation, showers and bedtime routines. Reported any infraction of rules to supervisor, kept log on each juvenile offender, logging behavior and/or progress while in the facility. A point system was utilized. Assisted in group discussions and visitations, cleaning and laundry, served as an on-call youth specialist when in need of any additional assistance.
