Medical Assistants deal with the public; therefore, they must be neat and well groomed and have a courteous, pleasant manner and they must be able to put patients at ease and explain physician’s instructions. The back office procedures are: Cleans and sterilizes instruments; Completes insurance forms; Hands instruments and materials to physician; Interviews patients, measures vital signs, weight, and height, and records information; Inventories and orders medical supplies and materials; Lifts and turns patients; Maintains medical records; performs routine laboratory tests; Prepares treatment rooms for examination of patients; Schedules appointments.

Being that this position was revoked from my life, time has moved me into a period of new experience of a different nature.
