In this role I was responsible for providing administrative and case support to three attorneys. My daily tasks included handling all customer service/client relations issues, coordinating depositions, and preparing legal pleadings for court filings. Additionally, I was responsible for processing payables and receivables, answering a multi-line phone system, scheduling appointments, processing payroll, ordering office supplies and additional general office duties as needed.

Office Coordinator – Horizon Services Overland Park, Kansas

January 2008 – December 2010

As the Office Coordinator, I provided administrative and project support to the owner and office manager. Primarily, I worked with the owner and our clients to identify tasks required and risks involved for completing the work for each project. I coordinated with contractors to confirm availability, rates and ability to meet time lines as required by our clients. I created, and prepared a weekly status report to update the owner on each project in addition to verbal daily updates. Additionally, I assisted the office manager with day-to-day operations including payables, receivables, payroll, customer service, and other duties as assigned.

January 2006 – June 2007

My responsibilities in this position included processing payroll for 100 employees on a weekly basis, cash handling, preparing and making deposits, and processing payables and receivables on a daily basis utilizing QuickBooks.
