Career Objective

I am a highly motivated and flexible individual looking to secure a position where my existing skills in the areas of printing, production and customer service can be utilized in a business that can offer me a positive atmosphere and job security. Personal Profile

I was employed for Xerox Business Services for 22.5 years in printing and production working on various Xerox black and white and color machines, high volume and low volume machines. I was contracted into businesses, to do the printing for companies including General Motors, Bank One, Powertrain, General Motors Service Parts Operations, General Motors Legal Services and RGIS (Retail grocery inventory specialists). I held the position of account coordinator at Service Parts Operations in Grand Blanc Michigan. I have won numerous awards for my attendance and customer hero awards. The satisfaction surveys that Xerox ask the customers to respond to, I achieved a rating of 10, very satisfied for numerous years. I have worked closely with the upper management team and the sales team for contract renewals. I have conducted on site machine training for the customers on the smaller walk up black and color machines.

I was employed for Burger King Corporation as a restaurant Manager before I was employed by Xerox in 1988. I held positions as a cashier, assistant manager and then promoted to a restaurant manager of the food court at Summit Place Mall, Waterford Michigan. I was able to keep satisfied employees there for reducing the turnover rate of employees. I continuously crossed trained all employees so they could work any position that we needed them for.
