Work Experience:

- Hunt Construction Group- 10/2004 – 11/2009

USF Track and Field Complex (Tampa, FL) 7/2009-8/2009 & 9/2009

Position: Superintendent (approx. $50,000)

-Worked in conjunction with the USF athletic department to coordinate and oversee the removal, relocation, and installation of new and existing track and field equipment. Coordinated all work to ensure the safety and minimum disturbance to the sports programs using the facility on an almost daily basis.

o Developed and maintained project schedule

o Coordination between vendors, designers, and USF

o Oversaw the layout for new in-ground sleeves, excavation, saw cutting, and demolition of existing asphalt for new foundations.

o Controlled the removal and reinstall of Mondo track material once new sleeves were set and foundations poured.

Robinswood Middle School (Orlando, FL) 4/2009-6/2009 & 8/2009-9/2009

-Coordinated and oversaw the work for a 28,100sf re-roof of existing classroom facilities according to the project documents. Worked with school officials to ensure that the learning environment wasn’t affected as work was taking place over occupied classrooms.

o Created and maintained project schedule

o Oversaw and coordinated the removal of existing roofing membrane and EPS board, removal and infill of existing mechanical curbs, removal of expansion joint curbing

o Coordinated the removal and replacement of roof drains, install of new tapered insulation and torch down modified bituminous material, installation of flashing system, gutter & downspout system, installation of new lighting protection system

o Dealt with Orange County Public Schools inspectors for daily roofing inspections

o Managed punchlist for roofing portion along with assisting in managing punchlist for entire school project

Jackson Center Classroom Renovation (Orlando, FL) 5/2009

Position: Project Engineer/Superintendent ($20,000 comm. service project)

-Coordinated, scheduled and oversaw the renovation of a teen center into a computer lab for a community recreation center in conjunction with the Orlando Magic. All work was done at the cost of the contractors.

o Coordinated, and brought on board all trades

-Worked directly with the project manager, superintendents, owner, architect, and contractors to manage and coordinate the daily operations and field activities for the Design-Build renovation of an existing baseball facility to house spring training operations of the Tampa Bay Rays.

o Daily interaction with trades to coordinate installation of work and resolve field issues in order to maintain the schedule
