August, 2005-August, 2006 – worked for S.T. Bunn Company in Tuscaloosa, Al, as a general laborer building roads and highways. I became experienced with multiple types of machinery including backhoes, track hoes, bulldozers, asphalt rollers, etc.

August, 2006-February, 2008 – worked for DCH Regional Medical Center in Tuscaloosa, Al, as a distribution tech in the warehouse. My responsibilities included delivering supplies to all areas of the hospital, receiving and preparing orders for delivery the next morning, setting up special supply carts for perfusion and surgery. I became experienced in forklift operation and utilized math and computer skills.

April, 2008 – March, 2010 – worked for Hanna Steel Corporation in Northport, Al, as a set up operator for instruments running steel coils, helping with the loading of heavy steels coils. I utilized math skills for precise and accurate measurements in cutting. I helped in all areas as needed and kept my work area clean and safe.

Education:

High school graduate from Tuscaloosa County High School – May, 2005.

I am currently enrolled at Shelton State Community College in the welding program. I will earn my welding certificate in July, 2012.
