One-year abroad experience in maintenance of Plastic Injection molding machine and packaging machines in Ulysses Nigeria Ltd, Lagos, Nigeria as a maintenance Engineer in year 1997.
Worked in steel Plant (Ispat Profiles India Ltd.+ Kalyani steels) in electrical Maintenance dept.
Worked with CD-R & DVD-R manufacturing plant (Moser Baer India Ltd.) as an assistant manager (maintenance).
Worked with Beverage Bottling Plant ( Pepsi ) as an Electronics Engineer.

Steag Hama Tech’s CD-R 2503 company training for basic introduction, software, components, safety, maintenance, process, scanner, electrical drawings electronic controllers, molding, sputtering, and air condition system in the year 2000.
Completed training for the Unaxis sputtering system using Vacuum technology for proper operation and maintenance by Unaxis company professionals of Switzerland.

Moser Baer India Ltd. is a CD-R & DVD-R manufacturing facility and 100% export oriented unit with an annual turnover of Rs. 2000 crore. The Company is the 3rd largest manufacturer of CD-R and DVD-R in the world with the most sophisticated and highly automated machines.
For the Noida/Uttar Pradesh plant performed breakdown analysis of repeated problems of Steag machines for corrective and preventive action to limit the average machine breakdown time to less than 1.4 %.
Maintain the spare modules in ready condition for use in case of machine breakdown like Dye/Final Scanners, Pinnacle Power supply, NSK Drives, Lacquer Pumps, Indexing Table controller etc.
Utilize ISO - 9000 system implementation for maintenance department.
Exposure to Ramco ERP system.
Responsible for spare part indent using RAMCO ERP system its consumption monitoring and reduction in spare part consumption.
Perform localization of spare parts to achieve cost reduction and vendor development and thus
complete spare management.
Management of preventive maintenance, routine and condition based monitoring of Steag Lines and now for packaging machines to achieve maximum productivity also plan and work for reduction of daily PM time of machine.
Maintain machine breakdown history line wise for machines.
Motivation, development and training of maintenance team for effective and independent working on machine along with manpower performance monitoring.
Covered Safety related issues of machines and corrective action planned for the same.
Analysis of major and critical problems and planning of corrective action and implementation and to improve machine performance, achieve maximum machine availability and maximum productivity.
Study the cycle time of machine section and minimize it to 1.4 sec per CD and thus improve productivity.
