• Monitor and respond to all incoming written, electronic and phone requests and inquires on Rockette Experience

• Register and input all phone and internet orders, Broadway Dance Center and Group Sales orders into Ticketmaster System

• Ensure program is properly staffed; Draw up Rockette contracts, have them signed and delivered; hiring pianists, arranging for volunteer Dance Assistants from Broadway Dance Center

• Communicate with Marketing, Tour, Facilities, Building Services, Engineer and Merchandise Departments as well as pianists and Rockettes to ensure the classes run smoothly

• Maintain annual schedule of all classes

• Maintain Rockette Experience database

• Greet and check in participants and observers on day of class, dispatch tours, arrange “Mock Audition Forms,” introduce Rockettes, pianists and dance assistants, make sure classes begin and end promptly.

Production Department

• Assist Production Department in monitoring and screening audition candidates to ensure smooth and expeditious entry procedure.

• Collect and arrange audition applications, head shots and resumes for the Director

• Review candidate information to confirm that basic audition requirements are fulfilled; give priority to AGVA members; escort candidates to proper rooms before audition

• Tally marketing research

• Record costume measurements of potential candidates for the Radio City Christmas Spectacular
