My objective is to integrate back into the workforce, after having completed my degree. I would like to find a place where I feel at home, and I know dental and it feels like a second home to me. I enjoy the work and the rewards that come from helping others. I feel that I would be a strong asset to any company looking for a team player willing to follow the rules work hard, and willing to be molded into the employee needed for the ultimate goal. I hope to find that home away from home where I can grow and stay for many years to come.
Professional Accomplishments
I have broken records for revenue and profits for the companies I have worked for. By the end of the first quarter in 2009 I exceeded our EBIDTA (bottom line) goal by almost 300%. I have exceptional skills in managing money, employees, clinics, doctors, hygienists, temporary employees. My abilities in sales are another strong suite. With my abilities to openly and easily gain rapport and trust with my clients I am able to provide positive sales and proposals with an extremely high acceptance rate. Specialty lectures on orthodontics, Lumineers, Captek crowns, collections, management, Greeting guiding and gratitude training, dental practice growth, Outstanding receptionist and Outstanding Management courses.
Coursework and personal experience is what will also stand behind my success in the work field.
My ability to adapt and learn quickly will make me a key player on any team. I enjoy being around people and helping them to see the value and some cases the necessity of their treatment/investment; by doing so I able to gain rapport and confidence in the patients, increasing acceptance rates on proposals. I tend to have a convincing nature and ability to lay it out on the table, presenting the options for fair and unbiased decision. My ability to also help the patient fulfill their treatment plans and commit to the proposal, I am sure will only help me succeed in this position. Aside from direct patient/client contact being a strong suit of mine, I also feel that I am a good manager, happy and energetic. I know how and what to do to get the job done and when to enjoy the rewards of our hard work. I am not only a hard worker and capable of focusing on the task at hand, but also good at multi tasking functioning as a part of a team whether working directly with each other or independently.
