BSI Nevada – Site management of schools, library and gymnasium additions and other public works projects and duties including; project field daily planning, safety monitoring, RFI and change order management, subcontractor management, change order pricing and estimating, bidding, contract negotiations, scheduling, site daily project operation oversight, buyout to field transition, RFP’s, mod’s and change order scheduling and implementation. o Position: Sr. Project Superintendent

Turner Construction Company, Inc. – Site Superintendent on ground up high rises, airport terminal upgrades, schools, library and gymnasium additions and other major ground-up projects. The build of a 250,000 sf K-8 school (H. Allen Hight), 7 simultaneous summer school classroom upgrades WUSD. Projects included major power system and electrical and HAVC additions and upgrades, building expansions and remodels. Also Responsible for Quality, Production, and Safety for the area of assigned construction. Direct trade persons and subcontractors by coordinating plans, specifications, and schedules to ensure quality and on-time completion of work. Develop, maintain, and enforce project site logistics and temporary facilities plans, as well as storm water run-off program. Assist Preconstruction and project Construction Management team to develop an initial project schedule and communicate sequence and schedule updates to all subcontractors and vendors. Actively participate in post-bid, buyout, Owner/Architect/Contractor, coordination, lead team, subcontractor, staff, scheduling and post-mortem meetings. Develop, implement, maintain and enforce a project site specific safety program for staff and all subcontractors in accordance with company policy and our safety culture, OSHA requirements, local, state and federal law. Knowledge of applicable OSHA requirements and manage OSHA site visits. Develop, implement, maintain and enforce a project specific quality assurance and workmanship program to include all subcontractors and vendors. Support and implement the company's Project Success Planning processes. Participate with the project Construction Manager in issuance of monthly progress report, monthly payment applications, anticipated cost report and other financial cost reports. Perform and monitor all job site control reporting measures including daily reports, petty cash report, payroll, quantity reporting, accident and incident reports and time-sheets. Review and provide feedback on all purchase orders and subcontracts. Coordinate and manage all material deliveries, subcontracts and self perform work. Timely project completion through project scheduling, expediting of material deliveries and the management of material and document submittals/approvals.
