• Supervised 2 Sales Assistants – assigned projects and various tasks to help the Sales Operations team with the execution of WW Compensation Plans.
Sales Operations Design & Development:
• Liaison between Management, Sales, HR and Commission Accounting in implementing the new designs of compensation plans and processes each fiscal year, with expertise in the evaluation, and implementation of Compensation Metrics.

• Successfully reviewed and revised Network Appliance’s commission administration, developed merge process for the distribution of Sales Compensation plans allowing scalability and order management system. As a result, 1000 compensation plans were distributed in North America and Inter Continental within a week’s time.
• Established weekly cross-functional meetings between Sales Operations, Commission Accounting and IT, designed to address company-wide process and compensation issues. As a result, successfully improved commission payment process that increased efficiencies in workflow.
• Actively contributed to the implementation of the new Fiscal Year 2004 design of compensation plans and the True Comp/Callidus commission system design and coding.
