ACTIVITIES DIRECTOR
Worked directly with the board of directors and committee heads to develop numerous new activities and events while still maintaining the clubs current list of events. Recruited younger members through my new activities and by staying in constant contact with the membership.
Selected accomplishments:
• Planned and organized all club events while I stayed under my $40,000 yearly budget. I brought numerous activities to the ECC which consisted of: dive-in dinner/movie nights, a wacky kids camp, our annual Halloween Fall Festival and camping on the greens, just to mention a few.
• Managed all aspects of the ECC’s monthly newsletter which usually was 10-12 pages. I also maintained the ECC’s website. My responsibilities included, facilitating the yearly activity calendar which consisted of golf, swim, tennis and social events.
• Decorated the 40,000 sq ft Club House for every holiday and event. I kept the ECC looking fresh and fashion forward by buying new decorations to stay current. Prior to me working at the ECC, the Club use to hire out for all of their decorating.
