• Supervision of all Instrumentation activities viz. Calibration, Tube & Cable Laying, Instrument Hook up etc.

• Calibration & installation of Pressure Gauges, Pressure Transmitters, Multivariable Flow Transmitters, Flow Control Valve including solenoid valve, limit switches, I/P converters etc.

• Loop checking of Hooked up instruments with existing DCS.

Compact Strip Plant (Continuous Hot Rolling Mill & Tunnel Furnace)

• Deputed in CSP Mill and responsible for the Level1 automation in the plant.

• Was part of team involved in procurement planning activity and also created item codes for material master for procurement purposes.

• Was part of team involved in refurbishment of Instrumentation items.

• Designing, Coordination and review of Detail engineering and technical specifications from engineering bodies like SMS Demag Germany, MECON LTD, on the following aspects:

o Junction box scheduling, termination details, Commissioning and Interface of RTU and SCADA.

o Preparation of Functional Design Specification (FDS)

o Preparation of checklists/test sheets for installations of instruments and electrical equipments.
