Terre Haute, IN ***07
Dear Human Resource Representative,
I have been an LPN since 1993. I am a very hardworking LPN. I do volunteer work in the community and have returned to college. I am in my fourth year of college at Indiana State University. I am looking for an employer that will be able to use the knowledge I have gained from my Psychology major courses.
I have experience in supervising units, and as a Care Plan Coordinator. I have used my care plan knowledge to prevent some of my previous employers from fines due to care plan issues. I have worked as a Unit Manager in one facility that was getting an F score by State prior to my hiring and after only 3 weeks I was able to bring the unit to a C rating.
I am a highly skilled nurse that gives 100% with the main goal of meeting the needs of the Residents/ Client to the best of my abilities. I would be an asset to any health/mental care facility due to I always try to do what is best for my employer and for those that I am entrusted to provide care for.
I hope to hear from you soon so we can further discuss other skills I have which pertain to working within your facility. Thank you for taking time to view my resume.
