Division of Dean Foods – manufacturer and distributor of specialty/novelty ice cream.

Shift Supervisor – Responsible for all off-shift activity including but not limited to safety, quality, maintenance, materials, shipment and

productivity. Ability to maintain and improve established KPI’s and GMP’s.

• Leader - change agent for introduction of lean manufacturing principles

well as a conduit of information between company disciplines and leaders.

• Teach, initiate and promote lean manufacturing principals increasing overall operational availability to greater than 85%

• Increased profitability by 20% through quick change over, scrap reduction, improved quality, revised value stream mapping

and materials as directed by company measurable, goals and customer requirements within Lean Manufacturing, JIT environment.
