Highly involved with eliminating runnability issues on high speed corrugators, especially with 35# basis weight (This was done through working with sheet profiles and fiber orientation).

• Achieved zero OSHA RCR in the Shipping department while serving as supervisor.

• Attributed to a millwide record .84 OSHA RCR for 2008 by promoting safety through daily meetings and audits.

• Reduced box plant embargos from 140 to 36 through involvement with a Six-Sigma project that addressed baggy edges on high speed corrugators.

• Currently involved with increasing saleable tons by promoting a departmental focus on quality and involvement in the sale of off-spec rollstock.

• Reduced rollstock inventory levels up to 15% through participation in the Recovered Rollstock Program.

• Reduced damaged roll shipments by 18% through training and adherence to loading procedures set forth by the ARA and DOT.

• Improved customer relationships through increased contact and follow up on roll shipments.
