I was offered a contract with this international firm aiding in
the migration from three domains to one domain as Matheson had
purchased two other firms in the past. The work involved some two
thousand users which included AD additions, permissions, new computer
imaging using Ghost, personality and Outlook migration. Vertical market
software was involved and I created workflow and templates for my group,
Special Projects. The two parts of the project were completed without incident
and ahead of schedule.

I was asked to come in this firm on a three week contract to assist and advise
the IT group as to the best way to migrate over 3000 users to local servers on the
new domain, as the company was on an AS400 custom ERP system, migrating to
a new ERP hardware and software structure.
The three week contract was extended for two years.
After I completed the migrations on or about October, 2010, I was tasked to continue
to image new systems, advise the group as to what I saw and knew to be critical

Three major projects ended. Phase 1 of which involved a complete replacing of Universal Music Group Inc, entire in-house network structure, Wan / Lan replacing all routers, switches and rewiring to accommodate PoE. I was the troubleshooter who was tasked to respond to any situation where the technical portion of the new system failed. Phase 2 involved placement and troubleshooting of the new VOIP Avaya System where again I was part of a two man rapid action troubleshooting team. This major overhaul involved both UMG locations, 1325 Avenue of the Americas and 1755 Broadway.

I was given a 5 star rating, asked to extend my stay and was told the entire purchase would be under my name were the project to be funded.

I was asked to come in-house when this client was planning a major expansion and managed the entire IT operation which included Windows 2000/2003 Servers, Exchange, SQL, and VPN. It was my responsibility for 24/7/365 uptime, from the wire to the servers.
I installed IP Cams with no computers in a complete building construction site, John Varvatos, West Hollywood, CA which allowed the firm and the client to view the construction from the foundation up in NYC real time. This was years before such devices would become commonplace. A movie was made for John Varvatos, inc from the video which was produced with the IP box and Cams I purchased, configured and installed.
