Job Responsibility involves as Project and Service Engineer:
Project planning – Technical, Programming, Design and commercial, organization and coordination for order execution of Marine Fire Detection systems , Gas Detection Systems , PAGA system, Emergency Shutdown Systems, Monitoring Alarm Systems, Weather Monitoring Systems Electrical Test Panels,PABX, Page parity system - from contract stage to installation and commissioning. Technical and commercial project planning and monitoring. Project schedules using computer software project tools. Cost estimations and cost monitoring of projects. Project communication with customers and clients. Arranging and attending meetings with customers and clients. Management of project technical details and generation of matrix documents as required. In conjunction with the site manager follow up on project progress and take required actions to ensure compliance with
Specifications, budgets, time & quality. Communicate with classification societies Develop and maintain trust and confidence of clients. Undertake project presentations to company management and customers as necessary. Assist project sales phase with cost estimations and data as required. Interface with required sub-contractors and suppliers. Progress technical data from project Clients in a timely manner which allows projects to progress smoothly. Fire detection system: I have done the Programming in “THORN Tyco” fire panel using MX CONSYS12.0, MX CONSYS10.2, MX CONSYS8.1, and MX CONSYS6.5 Software and did it Programming CCU3 MODBUS unit using MXMB modbus software (Version 4.0) and Addressing for detector using MX service tool kit and have done by “Autronic” Fire Panel program and loop check using AS2000 software.
Gas Detection system: I have done the Programming in SIEGER
(Honeywell) Gas Detection system using SYSTEM57 Software, CROWCON gas Detection system using Gas Monitor Plus program and DRAGER Gas Detection system, I done Zero and Span calibration for above all the model sensor.
Siemens S7 & GE Fanuc 90-30 series: I have done programming logic in Step7 & GE Fanuc 90-30 series PLC, the Enable Communication from Fire and Gas detection system using Machine Edition (Version 5.1) and done programming PROFACE Touch screen based on client required.
Wonderwave InTouch: I have done programming in Wonder wave In Touch software for Fire and Gas system and IMMS system for Graphics development, Tag Address and New Tag creation.
Monitoring Alarm System: I had Programming in TWIDO PLC using twido software as per the customer application has been developed logic.
PAGA and PABX: I had programming for Gaitronics Network controller and Amplifier Calibration and PABX Ericsson and Panasonic TES824 programming and Configuration.
Responsibilities & Skills:
Perform FAT, SAT, In house Testing, Initialization, Gas calibration and Troubleshooting.
Design Knowledge for Schematic & Arrangement for Fire and Gas Detection and PAGA & PABX system as per ABS, DNV and TUV regulation and application. (Rig, Semi, Oil platform and FPSO).
