Also worked in receiving checking in vendors and entering associated invoices into system. Process other transactions as needed and disposition store credits as required. Manage Reverse Logistics activities via exception reports to ensure minimal aging for GPSC-AME (Global Parts Supply Chain – Americas). Manage and provide guidance to 3PL logistics partner (UPS) located in Louisville KY and monitor SLA (Service Level Agreement) as required. Reconcile/resolve discrepancies between HP/UPS warehouse systems (SAP/Exceed) via root cause analysis and provide feedback/recommendations as appropriate. Monitor failed idocs/(EDI transactions between 3PL S-plus system and SAP) and resolve as required. Generate/reconcile monthly stock status reports for same and submit results. Perform research on Negative/Aging/ASN reports for Finished Goods inventory. Resolve any miscellaneous inventory issues as they arise.
