My wife and I made the decision to take time off from my career to share in the joy of raising our young family. During this time, I worked part time assigning and managing a 130 member officials staff while officiating high school and collegiate level hockey soccer and lacrosse, coach several youth teams, volunteer at my children’s schools, and worked on other projects including consulting for small companies on Human Resource concerns.

A home health and hospice agency of 180 employees. Human Resources Business Partner to all levels of the organization.

• Developed and monitored the Human Resources Department budget. Ensure that all HR expenditures are within budget. Decreased original spending by 15% within the first year.
