• Specify lining systems in accordance with products stored. Insure proper equipment is used such as Dehumidification Equipment, proper size compressors, explosion proof lightings, and blast media.
• Send out paint specification to Paint Contractors for invitation to bid and along with Project Manager Award contract to elected Contractor following review of all bids submitted.
• Inspect all blast and paint hold points thru out the project.
• Conduct chloride testing, low and high voltage testing, hardness testing, adhesion testing, and dft conformance to the specification.
• Maintain VOC log for all coatings and abrasive used thru out the Refinery as mandated by State law.
