Work Experience

**** ** ******* ********* ********, 2 years in the Hydraulic department of Cabinet Merlin in Lyon, France. Main projects:

River engineering and flood protection, on a catchment of 1 113 ha in North of France. Hydrology modelling and then hydraulic modelling of a river (4km) with HECRAS (unsteady model).

Designing of 2 detention basins on sewer network, (13 000m3 and 4 500m3 underground) pollution and flood protection against a monthly rainfall. Modelling of sewer network around the basin with Mike Urban and designing of screens installation, basin functionnement, self-cleaning system.

Hydraulic network modelling of water distribution systems (52 administrative districts - 1 700km of network- on “Porteau”), in France.

2010 Final Student internship, in the Hydraulic department of Cabinet Merlin for 6 months, in Lyon. Hydraulic network modelling of water distribution systems of 8 administrative districts (200km) and proposing of a working plan.

2009 2nd Student internship, in CNR laboratory (“Compagnie Nationale du Rhône”) for 8 weeks, in Lyon. Modelled a Small Hydroelectric Power Station then analysed measurements on its scale model (1:60) by LSPIV.

2008 1st Student internship, maintained some machines for public works 1month.

Education

2007-2010 Graduated with distinction from ENSE3 : leading French engineering school specialized in energy, hydraulics and environment, part of Grenoble National Polytechnic Institute (Grenoble INP).

Three-year program in: Hydraulics, land development and mechanics.

Area of concentration: “Water Resources and Land development.

Last semester made in exchange in Denmark (English courses) at Technical University of Denmark (DTU) (specialized in water resources).

2005-2007 Pre-engineering: preparation in math, physics and engineering sciences for the competitive entrance exams to French Grandes Ecoles.

2005 Baccalauréat, main subjects: Math, Engineering sciences, Physics and French with distinction.

Additional Skills
