Project Administrator Primary responsibilities included project estimating, bid

Project Manager Primary responsibilities included project estimating, bid

(2007 – 2009) preparation and submittal, contract negotiations, subcontractor

Engineer II Performed advanced work in highway and railway related areas,

P.E. Trainee The Professional Engineering Training Program was a one-year

(1994-1985) program designed to provide hands-on experience within each

Miami, Fl. division of the FDOT which provides diverse training in preparation for

an immediate Engineer II position upon completion. Received an outstanding

Engineer Tech IV Initially assigned to the construction of the extension of I-

(1983-1994) 75- Florida Turnpike Interchange Project. Responsibilities
