Human Resources Manager/Business Partner

Handle administrative tasks for the Director of Human Resources, including but not limited to, preparation of correspondence, set up international and domestic travel arrangements, perform record keeping tasks at executive meetings, prepare presentations for Executive and Senior Management, etc. Assist Director of Human Resources with special projects on an as-needed basis. Coordinate different benefits programs offered to approximately 400 staff and 2500 hourly employee, including medical and dental insurance, 401(k) savings plan, company stock program, group life insurance, and disability insurance.
