I am a quality professional (CWI 09072131) offering over 25 years of industry experience in the field of quality control /quality assurance implementing program requirements for power plant construction during construction of combined and simple cycle power generating plants as well as 15 years experience during construction of nuclear power plant. I have been certified to ASNT-TC 1A Level II in VT, RT, LP, MT and Level I UT and at one time was certified as a Lead Auditor. I have implemented, revised and written quality programs and procedures. I have good communication skills with management at all level, including Owner Representatives. I have performed inspection activities for civil, concrete, mechanical and minor electrical installation activities and supervised up to 15 inspectors and monitored subcontractor quality activities regarding same.

Project Quality Manager

Bayonne, NJ - Construction of (8) Rolls Royce Trent 60 Combustion Turbines.

Devon CT - Construction of (4) General Electric 7A combustion turbines.

Responsibilities include implementing quality program requirements of self-perform and monitoring of subcontractor quality program requirements during construction of (8) Rolls Royce Trent 60 combustion turbines. Additionally review and prepare records for start-up and construction records turn over. Devon project complete 7/10 then transferred to Bayonne, NJ 7/10 to erect (8) Rolls Royce Trent 60 units with project completion early 2012.

Started with a regional quality position assisting Project Quality Managers during maintenance activities performed on power generating facilities, paper mills and other industrial projects. Later assigned as Project Quality Manager implementing quality program requirements of during construction of FGD/SCR units at a coal fired power plant. Additional responsibilities included the preparation of quality records for start-up and construction records turn over. FGD/SCR construction activity completed
