Administrative Experience:

Customer Service and Technical Support Specialist: Rosco Laboratories –10/2008-12/2011

Responsibilities include interacting on a daily basis with both dealers and end users to integrate customized solutions for each clients’ individual needs and leveraging extensive knowledge of the product lines. Additionally providing logistical support for off site sale representatives, interfacing with both the warehouse and shipping departments in order to meet or exceed the delivery dates for stock items and custom shipments, development of price and lead time quotations for custom items, extensive data entry and shipping coordination. Also responsible for international export shipments along with appropriate documentation and for interacting with accounting, both internally and within our network of dealers, to reach solutions to outstanding issues with orders.

Assistant to the VP of the Entertainment Division: McLaren Engineering Group – 3/2006-10/2008

Responsibilities included providing full and diversified administrative support to the Entertainment Division and to the Vice President, including logistical support and document control for multiple project managers; coordinating and executing submittal packages, department of buildings filings, and relaying information/documentation both inter-departmentally and to clients and subcontractors; proactively manage calendar for entire division, including preparing and updating the calendar to reflect major project deadlines, conference calls, as well as vacations and time-off for all members of the division. Additionally coordinated and planned domestic and international travel arrangements.

Production Coordinator: Scharff Weisberg Inc (NYC) – 8/2004 – 7/2005

Responsibilities included a broad range of operations and administrative support to the Project Managers including hiring and placement of both freelance and staff employees to fulfill the manpower requirements for each project. Additionally, responsible for interfacing with the shipping department and rental shops to coordinate labor and trucking, as well as organizing/distributing production information to and from the staging department.

Additional Experience:

Stage Management: Freelance

In accordance with accepted and standard practice, responsibilities included organizing the overall production during the rehearsal, staging, and performance phases and facilitating communication across the multiple disciplines on the production team. Acted as an adjunct to the director/choreographer to maintain the artistic intent to the production. Additionally responsible for the documentation of all aspects of the production, often creating customized spreadsheets and forms to enable the expedited transfer and conveince of information. Productions included working with the Purchase Theatre Ensemble, Battleworks Dance Company, Six Flags Over Georgia, and various summerstock companies.

Assistant to the Technical Supervisor: Aurora Production (Gene O’Donovan)

Responsibilities included maintaining condition of production documentation and relaying accurate information and documentation to other departments and personnel (including the creative team, rental and production shops, and other members of the management) during all stages of the production process. Also responsible for contributing to the efficient operation and performance of the office and updating/expanding reference resources.

Temporary Administrative Support/Customer Service: Temp/Freelance

Responsibilities included answering and screening phone calls, imputing information from a variety of sources into a computer database, maintaining solid customer relationships by handling their questions and concerns with speed and professionalism.

Related Skills:

Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Adobe Acrobat. Additional Knowledge of Macintosh systems.

Professional Training:

A BFA (Cum Laude) in Stage/Production Management, Entertainment Design/Technology Program Conservatory of Theatre Arts & Film, Purchase College (SUNY). Class of 2004.
