- Maintain, continuously, the IMIS database of all 11,500 members which includes the contact information, payment records and National Conference registration data.

- Balance members’ bills and payments and reconcile payments of membership dues using IMIS when renewal forms are submitted on a daily basis.

- Input members’ conference data to IMIS for the National Conference when members and non- members submit their registration.

- Provided in office assistance to the out of office Conference Director for the National Conference by managing conference signage, presenter AV requests, and presenter contracts.

- Manage the registration desk at the annual National Conference where all 1,000 participants register and check in.

- Maintain constant flow of product at my assigned packaging line for 40 to 50 hours per week.

- Aid in clean up at the end of the shift and making sure that the plant is clean for the next shift.

- Educate new packers in the proper ergonomic techniques recommended and help them maintain a constant flow of product at their assigned packaging line.

- Assist planning for the largest series of 5K run/fitness walks in the world that over 48,000 people register to participate in.

- Interact closely with 1,067 team captains who provide half of all Komen National Race for the Cure® participants.

- Developed and used knowledge gained of the Kintera software which is a tool that enables organizations to quickly and easily reach more people, raise more money and run more efficiently.

- Assist director of arts management program and two full- time and five adjunct professors in department.

- Serve as a liaison for the Director to the students on organizing class trips, required reading, and collecting homework projects.

- Schedule, plan, and proctor the Comprehensive Exams for 20 students each semester and organize and distribute the final products to readers, final grades to the students, and process the University required paperwork.

- Organize and update an Excel database and files of new program applicants and current program members about 15 hours each week.

- Maintain a database on Excel for grades of 87 students and aid in course preparation.
