CURRENT RESPONSIBILITY AS A Sr.Executive - HR :-

1) Recruitment and Manpower Planning, Joining, Formalities and Exit Interviews.

2) Assist in Selection of the Candidates by campus recruitment and various Job Portals.

3) Co-ordinates and update manpower plans with outside Agencies.

4) Custodian of Employee records (Personal files & Computer data )

5) Leave and attendance related activities

6) F & F settlement for resigned employees.

7) Maintaining Leave Records, MIS manual records.

8) Co coordinating & communicating between department heads & Management for all HR related matters

9) Implementation of the HR policies

10) Facilitates in performance Appraisal, Increment & Promotion related information of employees.

11) Assist in payroll wages and Salary Administration

Recruitment, Induction & Redeployment:

• Identify business manpower requirements through continuous interaction with various Departmental Heads.

• Develop / Implement new recruitment / selection policies as per staff projections.

• Manage a team of recruiters engaged in sourcing potential candidates for various processes.

• Optimize channels of recruitment, specifically recruitment database subscriptions and consultants.

• Manage the complete recruitment life-cycle along with the team of sharp recruiters.

• Manage the hiring process across Junior & Middle levels.

• Facilitate Induction and Orientation for new employees.

• Initiate various measures like focus group discussions & other innovative methods to curb low vintage attrition.

• Payroll Processing.

• Act as the Supreme Career Counselor for Support functions through their Performance Development Plans.

• Implement Performance Management System & identify scope for enhancement by linkage to Variable incentive plan.

• Initiate & drive various rewards & recognition (R&R) programs.

• Maintain a consistent communication plan on hr core activities across the organization levels.

• Conflict & grievance management for employees through effective counsel forums.

• Ensure healthy employee-management relations in the organization, by capturing the REAL irritants in skips & Pulses.

General:

• Maintenance of Human Resource Information Systems & submit Periodic Reports.

Recruitment:

• Posting the job requirements on Internet and Consulting with Placement Agencies.

• Handling end to end lower level Recruitments..

New Employee Orientation:

• Preparation of Induction Schedule of new Joiners.

• Organizing Induction programs, briefings the policies of the company & introducing the joiners to the employee.

Joining & Exit Formalities:

• Coordinating with the concern dept. the employees joining as well as exit formalities

• Conducting exit interview of employee.

Leave, Attendance & Salary :

• Taking care of day to day attendance, leave records, Overtime records etc.

• Salary structure creation / break up & explanation to employee as and when required.

• Preparations of salary register manually.

• Preparing & providing salary slip to the staff members whenever required.

• Coordinating with Consultant for any issues related of PF, ESIC.
