Responsible for the delivery of the United States Postal Services’ (USPS) first electronic handbook in support of the Flats Sequencing System (FSS). Provided a training and support outline for Northrop Grumman (NG) Engineering in relation to the use of Astoria’s Content Management System (CMS). Established a mapping hierarchy in accordance with the OASIS DITA standard while maintaining DTD and XSLT integrity. Managed and administrated 100+ CMS user accounts including the user’s access controls, permissions and workflow. Retrieved source data using SQL queries for analytical purposes.
Accomplishments:
• Restructured 9 Volumes consisting of 98 sections and 50,000+ .xml modules to meet strict DITA specifications.
• Deployed within 2 weeks of notice, a DITA bookmap, DTD, content, and xslt to support the Training department and their efforts.
• Initiated the uniformity of content by establishing additional guidelines and restrictions through the use of the DTD and supporting documentation.

Produced MH-60L CAAS IETM using IADS and Arbortext software, while adhering to MIL-STD 40051. Participated in working group meetings with Army Special Operations customers and L-3 program managers.
