Background: My background is in development of projects related to: Commercial, Hospitality, Industrial, Transportation, Surveying, Public Municipality, Public Re-development, and Federal Government.

I have been involved on all aspects of sitework development from the planning stages through the final construction punch list. Tasks include: conceptual plan development, surveying, feasibility studies, local governing agency coordination to obtain approvals and permitting, client interaction, design and creation of construction documents (site, grading, utility, erosion, roadway, profiling, pipe design, and detailing) , cost estimating, hydrology and hydraulic computations, SWPPP storm water pollution prevention plans, sub-consultant coordination and implementation, general contractor coordination and negotiation, implementing inspections of work being completed, and storm water BMP management and inspection. My positions have been from a starting Cad operator to becoming a designer and then an assistant project manager.

Proficient in: Autodesk (AutoCad) design products, Microsoft products (word, excel, powerpoint, and Projects), Hydrology Software (hydroflow), Any software has been easy to pickup and use.
