Construct three story Medical Facility in Hialeah Gardens, FL while maintaining AHCA and 100% ADA standards

 Managed all aspects of the structure from installing reinforcing steel to placing concrete on a three story facility

 Liaison between subcontractors, competing and conflicting personalities

 Responsible for enforcing project safety

 Coordination of paving, curbing and sidewalks

 Manage the plans per specifications

 Coordinate with Geotechnical Firm all testing of concrete and soil densities

 Coordinate with subcontractor installation of all MEP's within the time constraints of the schedule

09/05 - 04/07 (UM Medical Campus, Clinical Research Building and Dr. Gordon’s)

• Interior Build-out of 15 story building while the building was under construction

• Construct Dr. Gordon’s training facility on the first and second floor - 2.5 million

• State of the art training facility for paramedics, military and firemen

• Coordinate all MEP's within the time constraints of the project

• Simultaneously coordinate the core build-out of the other 13 floors 4.6 million

• Coordinate with Bovis Lend Lease, the shell contractor on all interfacing of MEP's

• Built a four story addition onto existing hospital

• The project had 75 caissons from 5’-0” to 7’-0” in diameter and up 75’ in depth

• Coordinated the upgrade of the central energy plant which was located behind the existing hospital and never disrupted the

flow of patients - Cut in new temp road to allow traffic flow

• Consisted of six Operating Rooms and twenty five ICU beds, six elevators and 65 patient beds
